Back in the days, Mark, an ancestral hunter, wondered why food cooked over a fire was always more delicious. “Grilled cheese” and marshmallow in hand, he apparently burned his first coffee beans in 1989 during a hunting adventure. According to this same legend, once he returned to civilization, he worked for more than 5 years to recreate the taste of these grains that he had appreciated so much.
