Can I return purchased items? Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@alimentstristan.com or give us a call at (819) 857-4313 within 30 days of your purchase.

Can I track my package? You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. You can also contact us by phone, and we will be happy to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept? You can make a direct purchase on our website using a Visa and/or MasterCard credit card. You can also order by phone and take the opportunity to ask for some advice during the purchase!

What are the shipping costs? You have the option to pick up your order directly at the factory by choosing the pickup option available in the delivery tab during the final payment.

What are the delivery times? Depending on where the order is shipped, please refer to the important point below to calculate your delivery times with this data: 1-2 days in Quebec, 2-7 days in Canada 3-8 days in the United States.

Important: Currently, with the COVID-19 situation, we are trying to maximize the security of our employees, their families, and the population. To do this, we avoid as much as possible the entries and exits of the company. We ship orders placed from Thursday 10 am to Tuesday 10 am on Tuesday, and orders placed from Tuesday 10 am to Thursday 10 am on Thursday.

What is the shelf life and warranty of your products? Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 months. The items (accessories) sold have a one-year warranty provided directly by Aliments Tristan.

How are the products packaged? We take care to pack each of our products with all the attention to detail they require. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us, and we will replace it without any problem.

Are your products taxable? Only certain products are taxable.
