Description
Back in the days, Mark, an ancestral hunter, wondered why food cooked over a fire was always more delicious. “Grilled cheese” and marshmallow in hand, he apparently burned his first coffee beans in 1989 during a hunting adventure. According to this same legend, once he returned to civilization, he worked for more than 5 years to recreate the taste of these grains that he had appreciated so much. Touches of smoked aromas, chocolate, molasses and mocha will take you to the heart of old Canadian lands.
